Resistance or Possibility?

What does living masterfully look like?

Willingness to contribute without reserve or resistance.

"Resistance is when I am simply unwilling to experience the possibility before me."

Practice: Notice what resistance feels like in your body. When your resistance is high, ask yourself what possibility you are missing.

Limits: Real or imagined?

What does living masterfully look like?

An ability to go beyond limits set by the mind and to work within limits set by Life

"Our creative edge is not limited by outer circumstances. It is evoked by them."
K. Bradford Brown
Practice:
Notice what you are holding as limits.
Are they real limits set by Life or limits your mind has set for you?
If the limits are real, how will you work with them?
