What does living masterfully look like?
An ability to Self-Remember on a constant basis.
"There are no extraordinary moments. Only moments when we come to life...or don't." K. Bradford Brown
Practice: When you recognize that you've had a lifeshock, you have a choice. You can remember who you are and 'come to life' or you can lose your Self in your reaction.
Noticing is the beginning of Self-Remembering, of being 'above the line', living in that connecting space. What are your cues that you are caught up in your reactions to your lifeshocks? [Hint: notice physical cues, emotional cues, language either spoken or in your mind, and behavior] Once you notice, the choice is yours!

Thank you, this seems like something simple and easy I can do.

Thanks for creating this blog. Perfect opportunity this week to notice that my mind is cluttered. So I've noticed I am in avoidance of my business. I see that I get under or over focused easily in this space. Instead of creating my jewelry business, I turn to creating in my home...which isn't a bad thing until I start feeling like I want to do everything at once...and when I do, I tend to make mistakes and then, I beat myself up for what I've done, believing I will be chastised for my behavior or my deed. Thus a spiral. I am choosing to tell the truth to myself and to others...first step. Now on to looking deeper by processing. Those Core Beliefs have got me but not for long!
So, doesnt this just beat all...I offered my comment and then read my next email which is a "message from the universe" TUT.com:
Whenever in doubt, Jyl, claim it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly, and your power will be restored.

Thanks, Marcia for the email reminder to check the blog. Your suggested practice was a lifeshock and a perfect opportunity. It was cause to notice the series of "regrets" I rattled off this morning wishing I had done things differently many years ago. Getting clear and to the truth wasn't difficult and put the spring back into my step. Ahh, bless be this work. Loyd Kinnett
